Day 20...
Tea, the dear, tagged me and saved me from another lame post. And allowed me to take a picture of me in my favorite Birkenstocks and cords (well, my only cords, really). The Rules: 1. Link to your tagger and post these rules on your blog. 2. Share 5 facts about yourself on your blog, some random, some weird. * I desperately wanted a pair of Tretorns when I was in 4th grade (I think). I finally got some only to realize that my size 8 feet looked huge in them. But don't you know I wore them proudly. :0) And just in case you thought I still had size 8's, you would be wrong. * I fold the lobe of my ear inside my ear for comfort. I used to do it a lot as a kid. Something about the earlobe almost always being cooler than my ear and the squishy feel of it. * My favorite Michael Jackson song is Rock With You. And Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough, PYT Pretty Young Thang, Remember the Time, Beat It, Scream, Bad, Smooth Criminal, Billy Jean. * I get about 5 1/2 hours of sleep a night (it's almost always my fault why I don't get more) * I'm not one to gloat about being right, but don't tell me I'm wrong when I absolutely know I'm right. For instance, there was this boy who was interested in me my Sophomore year in college. I wasn't too interested, but I entertained the idea for about a week. Until he decided to tell me that the Orlando Magic hadn't played in the NBA Finals against the Houston Rockets in 1995. And insisted I was wrong. I hung up on him. Now, please tell me how you could claim to be a huge basketball fan and yet not know who played in the finals from two years ago? Please. Oh, and R and his brother tried to convince me that the Oklahoma Sooners didn't win the National Championship in 2000. Hello, I was teaching then and remember some of my students writing OU Sooners on my chalk board. The year before would have put me in college still. I guess maybe it has a lot to with me not always being right, so when I am, I know I am. ETA: 3. Tag 5 people at the end of your post by leaving their names as well as links to their blogs. Susan Nichola Beki Tash Rashida I would tag more, but only 5. 4. Let them know they are tagged by leaving a comment on their blog. 5. Don’t break the chain! Okay, I'm going to bed. (after I iron some clothes.) |

post a commentOooh thanks for the tag, I'll do it today!
I am with you on not liking being told I'm wrong when I definitely know I'm right. I get this alot at work, when usually it's someone else who's wrong but because I'm younger than the majority of the staff I don't often get the chance to pipe up and say "you know what... I was right". *sigh*
